Mareike Vogt has been a data protection specialist at TÜV SÜD Sec-IT since 2018. As external Data Protection Officer (DPO), she advises companies on all issues related to data protection and data privacy, monitors their processes relevant to these areas and supports companies in their communications with supervisory authorities. Her area of expertise also covers advisory services, e.g. for internal data protection officers.

In 2020 Mareike Vogt was further appointed Data Protection Coordinator of TÜV SÜD Sec-IT. In this role, she supports management and is responsible for the internal implementation of data protection measures. Within the scope of her professional activities, she also gained certified qualifications as a data protection auditor and information security officer. Mareike Vogt laid the foundations for her activities as data protection specialist during her bachelor's and master's studies in law and economic sciences at Augsburg University.

Maria Elena Gonzalez is a broadcast journalist and has been working as a tech writer for almost three years. During this time, her work has been published by companies like TechAccute, Trip University, and Entrepreneur.

Mark has over 30 years of experience in the mobile and technology industries. Having previously been CEO of several successful VC and private equity-backed companies. Mark brings a deep understanding of building sustainable growth in the technology industry.

Mark Loveless is a Senior Security Researcher at GitLab. His past employers have included startups, large corporations, hardware and software vendors, and even a government think tank. He has spoken at numerous security and hacker conferences worldwide on security and privacy topics, including Black Hat, DEF CON, ShmooCon, RSA, AusCERT, SANS among others. He has been quoted in television, online, and print media outlets as a security expert, including CNN, Washington Post, New York Times, and many others. He loves blogging, performing death metal, ghost hunting, and is an ordained minister.

Mark has 20 years experience as a technology sales professional and leader. He started his career at IBM and held progressive positions within Technology. Currently, as Country Manager at Okta, Mark is leading Okta’s hyper-growth market-leading Workforce and Customer Identity Platform to market in Canada and has built out the team and strategy for the Country.

Mark Webb-Johnson is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Network Box. It is Mark’s technical genius that drives the cybersecurity innovation at Network Box. He and his team constantly come up with the solutions that keeps Network Box ahead of the rest. Over the years, Mark has taken on numerous projects and extremely difficult technology problems, and always come up with an elegant solution. It is hardly any wonder he won the Lord Hailsham Prize for Computer Science.

Martin Jakobsen is the Managing Director of Cybanetix and brings over 20 years of experience delivering NOC and SOC services to a wide range of customers. At Cybanetix, Martin has overseen the company’s growth into a trusted MDR specialist supporting clients across multiple sectors, including large-scale enterprises and public sector organisations. Martin remains focused on expanding Cybanetix’s capabilities and its use of advanced, AI-enabled security operations to deliver practical, intelligence-driven services.

Prior to Cybanetix, Martin served as Managing Director of Capita Cyber Security and holds board positions at KonsensIT A/S and CapMon A/S, contributing his expertise in governance and strategic growth.

He has played a central role in the design and build of some of the UK’s largest government networks and has provided outsourced security operations to multinational enterprises. His combination of technical expertise and leadership has enabled organisations to strengthen their defences and run more resilient security operations.

Matt Donato is the co-founder and managing partner of HuntSource. Based in Charlotte, NC, HuntSource provides comprehensive talent recruiting services for companies and professionals in the cyber security, data intelligence, and analytics markets. The company accelerates, streamlines, and simplifies the hiring process for companies and professionals in all three of these industries.
