Cyera Completes $1B Acquisition of Oasis Security, Uniting Data and Identity for the Agentic Enterprise
Cyera, the AI data security company valued at $12 billion, has completed its acquisition of Oasis Security, the leading access management platform for the agentic enterprise. The deal, valued at $1 billion, unites Cyera’s AI and Data Security Platform with Oasis’s non-human identity (NHI) management capabilities.
The combined platform determines what every human, machine, and AI agent can see and do — addressing one of the fastest-growing security challenges in enterprise environments. Non-human identities inside Fortune 500 companies grew nearly 500% in the last six months alone, yet most organisations have no visibility into what those agents can access.
